Andrew Kinstler is a mediator and arbitrator with Pacific ADR.  He concentrates his mediation/arbitration practice on commercial disputes and personal injury cases, having litigated in those areas for almost forty years with the Helsell Fetterman law firm.

As of recently, Andy has become "Of Counsel" to the Helsell  Fetterman firm after serving as a partner there for thirty-three years, including three years as the firm’s managing partner. 

Andy brings his extensive experience in employment law and personal injury litigation to his mediation style, which brings demonstrable value to our clientele. He has extensive experience in civil trial practice, including commercial litigation, employment litigation and personal injury litigation, both on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.

Andy has successfully tried cases in front of juries in courts throughout the Pacific Northwest, and has represented clients in appeals heard by the Washington Court of Appeals, the Washington Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

In addition, Andy is a member of the American Board of Trial Attorneys and represented both plaintiffs and defendants in his practice.  He brings that perspective to his mediation and arbitration practice which provides both Plaintiff and Defendants comfort.

Andy has been named a “Super Lawyer” by Washington Law & Politics Magazine every year for the last 18 years.
