Mediation is a procedure in which the parties discuss their dispute(s) with the assistance of a trained and impartial Mediator who assists them in reaching a settlement. The process is private and confidential. Our mediators have extensive experience in almost every area of civil litigation.

ARBITRATION

Arbitrations conducted entirely online, via Video Conferencing or Teleconference, bypassing the slow-paced court system, resolving most disputes between 120 and 150 days from start to finish
