Andrew Kinstler
" Litigation is the one-word description for my practice. I have enjoyed the good fortune of being asked to handle employment cases, both for employers and employees, contract disputes, fascinating real estate issues, personal injury matters both for plaintiffs and defendants, and other unique cases in "categories" probably too numerous to mention. This diversity makes my practice an ever-changing experience. I hope that the consistent theme in my cases is that my clients know that I care deeply about them and their cases, that I listen to them, that I give them the best dispassionate advice I can outside of the courtroom, and that I provide them with passionate advocacy in the courtroom." Andrew "Andy" has spent his entire career, since 1982, at Helsell Fetterman LLP, and cannot imagine a better place to learn and practice law. One of the most satisfying aspects of Andy's career is the many instances in which partners have seen fit to entrust their clients, and their client's cases to his care, and is now leveraging his extensive knowledge of law as a Mediator and Arbitrator at Pacific ADR.
